About The Chef
Prior to embarking on formal education at the Culinary Institute of America Antonio learned to cook at home with his family. At home, he learned to love all the nuances of a kitchen and quickly learned how food brings people together.
After graduating from the CIA Antonio worked his way through New York City’s fine-dining scene, most notably at Le Cirque. In more recent years Antonio has taken his talents to Richmond Virginia, where he works as the Culinary Director for the Bufford Restaurant Group. Antonio’s passion shines through most when he can combine his love for cooking at home with his professional skill-set. Private Chef Delivery allows him to share his love for cooking on a more personal level.
