Introducing Korean style corndogs, which are also known as gamja hot dog. These delicious treats are commonly found at night markets in Seoul. They differ from American style corndogs because they are made from sausages, mozzarella, or a combo of the two. Once battered we cover them with panko and then fry them. After being fried they are dusted with a bit of sugar, and then the condiments. What makes ours so special is we have turned them completely gluten free, and you won't be able to tell the difference.
