Meet the head chef
My life passion is food and there is nothing I enjoy more than the smile of enjoyment when a client is delighted with their meal.
Prior to embarking on formal education at the Culinary Institute of America I learned to cook at home with my family. I learned to love all the nuances of a kitchen and quickly learned how food brings people together.
After graduating from the CIA I worked my way through New York City’s fine-dining scene, most notably at Le Cirque. In more recent years I've taken my talents to Richmond Virginia, where I've served as the Culinary Director for the Bufford Restaurant Group. My passion shines through most when I can combine my love for cooking at home with my professional skill-set. Being a private chef allows me to share my love for cooking on a more personal level.
"We recently had Chef Antonio provide food for a small casual get together. He planned the perfect menu for the occasion including vegan and gluten free items for some guests. Every single thing he prepared was delicious, nicely presented, and seasonal. We loved not only his food but his easygoing style and fun personality. He is the total package: an amazing chef, professional, creative, and fun to have at a party! Thanks, Chef! Can’t wait to have you again."
Chef AntyO was phenomenal!! I contacted him for a surprise private birthday dinner for my Husband. He immediately got to work, helping me map out ideas that would work for us. His food and service was far more than I expected. I’m not easily impressed, but he knocked it out of the ball park! My Husband enjoyed his surprised and we loved the food, theme and entertainment. You can see the passion he has for the work he does! He even washed up the dishes and tried to sweep my floor lol ( I wouldn’t let him). I’m looking forward to another reason to use his services. Simply amazing.
